I had a joking Facebook exchange earlier this week involving using a dead cockroach as part of that evening’s dinner. And then I saw a story this morning on insect sushi in Japan and I realized that I could have made cockroach sushi, if I only I’d been gentler with my shoe. OK, I’m going to go throw up–these photos are horrible.
