Perhaps, but the biggest shortcoming wasn't going to go away within the month I had available to me: the lack of must-have apps found on the iPhone.

Evernote just announced an Android app, though, so some progress on that front.

Running background apps on my iPhone continues to work great. Very convenient, no noticeable iPhone slowdown or negative impact on the battery.

You never had the Droid long enough to get comfortable with it. But you forced yourself to get comfortable with the IPhone because it was the best thing at the time. Maybe you should have given it 29 days non stop.

NOOOOooooo... I won't be able to use Gialina as a tool to get people to come to Glen Park anymore! But I guess it's good to spread the deliciousness!

Makes me think that Mission Creek presumably ran by where the Mission Creek Cafe is, at 15th and Guerrero. I can't pinpoint the street grid on that map, though.

And interesting to see Mission Creek on that Mission Bay map. I always wondered - where the heck is Mission Creek (but mostly assumed it just wasn't really a creek).

Unfortunately, I bet their Muni enforcement efforts will only be temporary, as they have in the past.

I've been ticketed twice on Muni in the past, both really bad luck as like the two only times I forgot to buy a ticket. The most recent time was on the T Line and a bunch of other riders were so outraged I was getting a ticket that they tried to sneak a Fast Pass into my hand to show the cop (after I had already told the cop I didn't have a ticket). I thanked them but said I would just take my ticket from the cops. Nice of those people, but also revealing about the sense of entitlement some people have, thinking they have a right to ride for free.
