Here’s a Pando link for a video of me playing with my nephew on Father’s Day. He’s coming up on 4 (birthday in November) but is still small enough that I can have a good time messing around with him without getting too winded.

From the video, looks like I was cutting it pretty close to a chair when swinging him around! No harm, no foul, right?
