The latest iTunes update caused most of my (extensive and carefully prepared) smart playlists to disappear from the iPhone and iPod sync screens from within iTunes. Complete bollocks. Here's a discussion thread on the issue. No resolution yet other downgrading to iTunes 9.0.1.
